Delivery & Returns Policy

We hope that you will be happy with any product that you order from us. However, a product purchased from ViraCare may be returned for the following reasons:

•  The wrong product has been delivered;
•  It is damaged or faulty; 

We cannot accept any opened returns due to hygiene reasons. Please refer to the FAQs on how to return an item. All products must be returned as sold i.e. in the original packaging and in resalable condition.
